Q: I am concerned about security of my data. How do you address it?

A:  All transactions are absolutely confidential. Data transfer between your office and Glenwood is     through a secure SSL 128 bit encryption protocol ( same level security as insurance      companies and banks use).

Q: What about HIPAA compliance?

A:  Glenwood complies with all Privacy and Systems related provisions. All claims transactions       confirm with HIPAA standards as they are implemented by Clearinghouses.

Q: We are doing in-house billing now. Is it difficult to switch over?

A:  It will be a ramp up process. Normally, you will close the existing A/R yourself. We will start           processing claims from the switch -over date. Most data can be ported from your currently           billing software.

Q: We are currently using a billing service. How do we switch?

A:  Normally your current billing service will close out current A/R. If mutually agreed on special       terms, from the date of termination of your current billing service, we would post "pending       claims" and "patient balances" from paper or electronic output into our system and carry       forward.

Q: How will the billing operation be done?

A:  During the day you will scan the Superbills and EoBs into our computer. We post the       data,send the claims/bills to insurance companies and patients. The data and reports are       available on the Internet via a secure connection. Each claim is ticketed and followed up       rigorously until payment. If EMR is subscribed along with the billing service, we would pick up       the charges from the EMR automatically.

Q: Do we need to purchase any software?

A:  All you need is access to Internet. We can start our service at short notice, although 90 days is       recommended to achieve consistent cash flow.

Q: Is Glenwood's service limited to any geographical area?

A:  No since we can pick up your superbills and EOB's via scanner and Internet access       connected to your computer, we are not limited to any geographical area. We service       nationally with accounts from Hawaii to Florida and New England.

Q: Rough cost? How is your service cost effective?

A:  Depends on the nature of practice/claims. We will give a firm cost proposal after studying your       requirements. By any comparison, we will beat your existing cost, guaranteed. Most practices       experience net collection increase, which pays for our services and more...

A:  Yes. We can handle various types of practice settings and any specialties in the health care       industry. We can track data tailoring the product to your needs as required for productivity       bonus's, insurance etc.

A:  Yes. We will give your data ( available fields) in any published format you desire at no charge.       It will be specified in the contract.
